Viewing/downloading instructions: Even though videos can play directly in your browser by just clicking on them - this might not be the best way to view. Video performance might be poor and choppy - if you do not have enough bandwidth to accommodate the volume. Furthermore if you view it by that method and want to see it again at a later date your computer has to refetch the video from the net.

Therefore we suggest you download and save the video first before viewing it. To do so right click on the link. This will open a little popup presenting you with some selections. Select "Save Target As" by clicking on it. Then you will be prompted to select a location on your computer to safe the file it (usually my documents...) After the download completes you then can play it any time you choose by clicking it at the location where you saved it (for example in "My documents...")
